I set you up for success
with what you
do best
I'm a mission-driven, action-oriented strengths coach. I empower parents who want to develop their children's innate talents, setting them up for healthy and sustainable success in life. When raising children we either follow the approach our parents used or deliver a style that we would like. Strengths-based parenting looks at the unique characteristics of our children so we can provide the best framework to help them thrive.
I work both with families who do and don't train Aikido as I combine the Martial Arts principles and the CliftonStrengths® approach to development. I'm located in Sofia, Bulgaria, part of Eastern Europe. I have both in-person and virtual programmes with clients from different parts of the world.
My own motherhood experience is the inspiration for it all.

Coaching
Focused on strengths-based parenting as a way to empower families with my personally customised DARE programme that combines the CliftonStrengths® and Aikido principles.

Consulting
Offers a healthy balance of asking and telling. In this case the purpose of my questions is to diagnose problems and prescribe solutions.

Teaching
Cultivating resilience and discipline through the practice of Aikido, emphasising the strength that comes from facing challenges with perseverance and focus. I teach and train Aikido, Zen, and Ikebana.
SUCCESS stories

Milena – mother of Ema and Ivan, aged 10 and 15
The most valuable thing about Aikido training is that you learn to look at life differently. This process happens quite naturally, because Sensei Yanitsa is the personification of a wise child who passes on her experience to children in an extraordinary way.

Vehbi – father of Mia, aged 7
Sensei Yanitsa’s approach to education is not only professional but also has great attention to the individual needs of each child. Aikido with Sensei Yanitsa not only improved my daughter's physical state but also helped her develop important social skills such as cooperation, patience, and self-discipline.
